THE PATH – THE JOURNEY

He comes
He whispers
He waits for our response

He shows us the path
It is beautiful
Filled with the fragrance of life

Our hearts leap
Our feet dance
We gladly and willingly say yes

We do not know that the fragrance of life that drew us
Flowed from the fellowship of His sufferings – mingled with the power of His Resurrection

This journey is joy-filled
It is costly
It has trials, tribulations, testings
We die to ourselves
We find ourselves in Him

He is the journey
He is the destiny
He is the Beginning and the End

He is ever close
A breath away
A whisper’s distance

To hear Him we must be still and know that He is God
He is with us always
Even when we sometimes feel we are alone on this path of life

The truth is
He surrounds us with His Eternal Breath
He guides us with His Ever Gazing Eye
He has invited us
We have said yes
And He is waiting at each leg of our journey cheering us on
With His Eternal Smile of Victory

More than conquerors – oh yes – in and through Him

Death has indeed lost its sting, on this path, our lives are not our own
We have been bought with a price
We celebrate our value in His Eyes of Holy Love
And live our lives to always and forever bring Him pleasure
